Local pickup is free. Shipping is flat-rate and tracked, with a photo of the finished piece before it goes out.

Frequently asked
How much does a custom piece cost?
It depends on the item, how big the design is and how many colors it uses. A single-color name on a tumbler starts around $15; a multi-color logo hoodie runs more. Send your idea through the order form and you'll get a firm quote — no guessing, no obligation.
How long until I get it?
Most orders ship or are ready for pickup 3–7 days after you approve the mockup. Large batches take a bit longer. Need something faster? Put the date in the form — rush orders are usually doable for a small fee.
Can I bring my own hat or shirt?
Absolutely, and it usually saves you money. Just note it in the form. One heads-up: on customer-supplied items we can't replace the blank if something goes wrong during pressing, so please avoid sending irreplaceable pieces.
Is it dishwasher and washing machine safe?
Yes, with care. Apparel should be washed inside out in cold water and hung or tumble-dried low. Drinkware uses permanent adhesive vinyl — top-rack dishwasher safe, though hand washing makes it last years instead of months.
Do you do bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes — team gear, business merch, event favors and party sets are some of our favorite jobs. Quantity discounts start at 12 pieces. Mention the count in the form and the quote will reflect it.
Can you use a logo or licensed character?
We can work from your own logo or artwork, or artwork you have the rights to use. We can't reproduce trademarked or licensed designs (sports teams, cartoon characters, brand logos that aren't yours) — but we're happy to design something original in a similar spirit.
What if I don't like the design?
You'll see a digital mockup before anything is cut, and revisions are free until it's right. If you decide not to move forward at the proof stage, you owe nothing.
